Grid-Tied Solar System also known as on-grid, utility-interactive, grid intertie, and grid back feeding is a solar system concept that is connected to the utility power grid.

Features: We were pleased to work with the Triangle Women’s Institute to install this ground mounted solar array on their grounds. The energy produced will offset about 70% of their annual electricity consumption. The money saved will be used for other community initiatives. This project was funded in part by the Columbia Basin Trust Energy and Sustainability Grants.
